Land register

The land register is a public register maintained by the competent land registry office. The land register contains a record of real property and its ownership, including all rights and obligations. It states, for example, who the owner is, whether residential rights or usufructuary rights exist, whether there are mortgages or land charges, or whether a priority notice of conveyance has been entered. To view an entry in the land register, you must have a legitimate interest and official consent from the owner(s).
