KfW loan

A KfW loan is similar to a classic home loan and savings contract.

The KfW Bank has many loan options for energy-efficient refurbishment or construction projects. And if certain conditions are met for your property, a KfW loan can be a useful addition. However, you cannot apply for a KfW loan yourself. It always goes through the bank that finances the rest of the project.
