Handover protocol

To avoid unnecessary discussions between the tenant and the landlord, a handover protocol is prepared.

A handover protocol is a written document that serves as an inventory of defects and other property-specific information at the time of handing over the keys. This documentation protects both landlords and tenants when the latter move-out. When everything is in black and white, new defects or damages can be identified more quickly and old ones cannot be unfairly blamed on the tenant(s).

Also, when you as the new owner get the keys handed over, a handover protocol is important. So that nothing is forgotten at the appointment, we have created a template.
